All Ye Ages Hail Vektor

VEKTOR is playing an early show at the Echo this Sunday, February 19th, making a stop on their solo tour following the release of the acclaimed Outer Isolation. On the latest album VEKTOR’s riffs spiral in even more furious recursion providing the backdrop for lyrics portending dystopia on neurologic and interstellar frontiers. VEKTOR is outgrowing their Destruction-meets-Voivod descriptor as they become an analogue in and of themselves for futurist themes and schizophrenic thrash phrasing. Opening for VEKTOR are two great LA metal bands, WITCHAVEN and EXMORTUS. WITCHAVEN’s D-beat influenced blackened thrash is like early Sodom with a party vibe and EXMORTUS is a tech-death monster with Yngwie shredding, the pummeling of Priest, and Frazetta/Tolkien ambiance. Should be a great show.

We're proud to be co-presenting this show along with the good folks over at L.A. Record and Blundertown.  Doors open at 5 PM, music should be over by 9 PM.  All ages, with a measly $8 cover.  More info about the show can be found here.  And we've got two pairs to give away.  To enter the contest, email us at thecityofdevils@gmail.com or contact us here with your FULL NAME
